Intu Afrika: Suricate Kalahari Tented Lodge

For the more adventurous traveller, there is the Suricate Tented Lodge at Zebra Kalahari Lodge which is set on a majestic sand dune mirroring the vast plains of the Auob wetlands.
 
There are 11 standard tents, complete with mini bars, safes, mosquito nets and all the amenities available at the other lodges with the added benefit of an open-air en-suite bathroom and a deck.
 
The 12th room is the more private honeymoon suite which also has its own plunge pool. 

A communal dining room in the main building with a fireplace and loungers is just one of the many settings where one can enjoy their meals at Suricate. 

There is also a long deck outside where meals can be enjoyed and the tranquilizing gurgle of the water in the infinity pool further relaxes visitors to this exquisite setting. 

The fire pit is another popular and stunning venue where pre or post dinner drinks can be relished.
